On Oct. 31st, she was seen supporting Slater at his Broadway show Spamalot by attending its preview performance and wearing a paper crown to promote it – all captured in photos taken by Doug Middlebrook who was present for it all.

Ethan Slater and Ariana Grande, who co-star in the forthcoming film adaptation of Broadway hit Wicked, no longer seem to be hiding their romance. On Saturday night they were seen out for date night in New York City.
The two were seen enjoying each other’s company at MO Lounge, an elegant restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. According to TMZ reports, both were seated near a window near each table near MO Lounge – they seemed pleased and at ease together.
Hairspray Live! actress Jada Pinkett Slater shared a pre-Christmas photo dump on Instagram featuring him, Andrew Rannells, and Josh Gad. All three actors appeared to have formed close ties within the group.
They Were Seated at a Secluded Table
On Saturday night, Slater and Ariana Grande were seen quietly conversing at the MO Lounge of Manhattan’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel for over two hours, according to eyewitness reports. Eyewitnesses told TMZ they were being extremely affectionate towards one another – Ariana kept getting up from her seat across from Slater so they could cuddle closer so Ariana could whisper romantic words in his ear and give lots of kisses!
Slater, 31, is an active father with one son from his first marriage with Lilly Jay. After both their respective marriages had come to an end, Slater and Grande began dating shortly afterwards.
They have been coy in discussing their romance publicly, yet appeared content and in love on a date night outing. Grande had earlier supported Slater at the premiere of Broadway’s Spamalot revival on March 1, where both of them seemed to enjoy themselves immensely – their latest public outing since news broke of their romance.
They Looked “Flirty” Throughout the Date
Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater appear more comfortable showing their affection in public, as evidenced by their date night on Saturday where they dined at MO Lounge inside of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City – eyewitnesses reported seeing them be very playful throughout their evening together.
Reportedly, Slater would frequently rise from his seat and sit next to her while they enjoyed their drinks together, while whispering sweet nothings into her ear or giving him kisses.
They co-star together in the forthcoming Wicked film adaptation, Slater was previously married to actress Lilly Jay and has one child with her; Slater and Jay may now be in a romantic relationship after both marriages ended; according to reports by TMZ in July they both began dating again after both of their divorces were finalized.

Sources reported they were “super flirty and touchy-feely”, whispering in each other’s ears and kissing frequently during the date, with Grande moving frequently from her seat across the table towards Slater to sit directly by his side, according to witness accounts.
Grande and Slater were also extremely supportive during Slater’s performance of Spamalot, cheering him on during both preview performances on Halloween, as well as his opening night performance on Nov. 12. She could even be found backstage at Gutenberg! The Musical!, where they posed alongside stars Andrew Rannells and Josh Gad. Grande has had an eventful year filming the Wicked movie adaptation as well as creating Gutenberg! The Musical!; now it seems she may have met someone special!
