Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone is no stranger to facing challenges head on and rising above them; an aspect which runs throughout both his filmography and personal life. So when the actor decided to move his daughters Sistine and Sophia from Los Angeles to New York City, he took no chances enlisting Navy SEALs for self-defense training as protection. Such measures reveal Stallone’s deep protectiveness for his family’s wellbeing.
The sisters have finally adjusted to life in their new home and routines in a bustling metropolis, yet remain somewhat nervous. Therefore, their mother employs location tracking apps in order to monitor them at all times – while the sisters remain confident they could defend themselves should any physical threats appear, their father remains very worried and needs constant reassurance that his nerves won’t fray out in an attack situation.
At first, their family’s concerns regarding Hell’s Kitchen’s history of crime and violence may seem justified; but after spending their childhoods there, the sisters have found ways to cope with their fears by channeling their inner “Rocky” or “Rambo”.
At that point, Sistine and Sophia began rigorous SEAL training that was right out of a Hollywood script. Notably, they learned how to throw weapons efficiently as well as how to survive using only natural means; such as making water from twigs or breaking into cars as necessary.
Sistine was given rigorous physical training during her training sessions with her daughters but also encouraged to have fun, with an iconic character from their dad tasked with chasing a chicken which proved too fast for her! These intense training sessions can be seen on Paramount+ docuseries which debuted last May and feature heavily.
As season two progresses, viewers will become privy to even more intimate details of the Stallone family’s personal and professional lives as well as their expanding family – which has already set new records by becoming Paramount+’s highest-rated original series to debut! You can stream The Family Stallone now.
