Super Bowl LVIII will mark one of the year’s premier sporting events – and millions tune in for star-studded commercials and mind-blowing halftime shows that have often become must-see TV events. R&B icon Usher will take center stage this time around at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada on February 11 for Super Bowl LVIII’s high-energy performance.

At a press conference hosted by Apple Music in Las Vegas Thursday morning, 45-year-old pop superstar Usher revealed some details for his big show at an Apple Music press conference, PEOPLE reports. Usher addressed how his goal is to deliver a career-spanning set that doesn’t disappoint the expected large audience at this spectacular spectacle. “People have been sending out fantasy lists, trying to figure out which songs I will perform first, second or last,” Usher revealed before admitting the pressure is real and striving to “do something that doesn’t misses its mark.”

Usher has already teased that his performance will feature music from across his extensive catalog and include dancing; something for which he has long been celebrated onstage and that recently helped him close out his Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Usher first performed at the Super Bowl as part of Black Eyed Peas’ show in 2011, but this will be his inaugural performance as an individual artist at one of its most-watched events as an independent performer. Usher expressed excitement at performing some of his favorite songs before such an audience and feels honored that such an opportunity exists for him.

Reba McEntire will perform the national anthem while Post Malone takes on “America the Beautiful.” Andra Day will sing the Black national anthem “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Each pre-game performance will also feature an ASL interpreter according to NFL.

The main attraction will be a matchup between San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs that promises to attract a huge crowd, not to mention millions watching at home. ITV1 and ITVX will host this big game; Taylor Swift may even attend in support of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce – we’ll keep you updated!
