Cameron Diaz has strongly denied having any association with sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein after newly released documents associated with him naming Leonardo DiCaprio and her as among those socialised with.
Johanna Sjoberg, one of Epstein’s alleged victims, testified during her 2015 deposition that the convicted pedophile boasted about having relationships with Hollywood A-listers such as Diaz and DiCaprio.
Cameron Diaz Actress
Cameron Diaz has been named among a host of celebrities linked to Jeffrey Epstein, a man recently charged with paedophilia. However, her rep has confirmed that Cameron is distancing herself from any association between herself and Epstein.
Names were released as part of a defamation lawsuit brought against Ghislaine Maxwell in 2015 who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for recruiting underage girls for sexual exploitation by Epstein. New documents contain over 100 people’s identities but not necessarily allegations or criminality against each person listed.
Documents filed against Epstein name several high-profile politicians and celebrities, such as Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Leonardo DiCaprio, Naomi Campbell, Cate Blanchett and Michael Jackson’s former manager Johanna Sjoberg; but most are being used simply as examples to demonstrate its widespread nature; no one on this list is accused of any criminal act related to Epstein himself.
Model
Cameron Diaz’s name was one of several made public in newly unsealed legal documents related to disgraced financier and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, though her rep has strongly denied any association between Cameron and Jeffrey Epstein, both convicted sex offenders.
California native, she began modeling before transitioning into acting. After appearing in several commercials for products like Tang and The Mask, she went on to appear as one of the lead characters in Charlie’s Angels; which proved an enormously successful film and garnered her a Golden Globe nomination.
Johanna Sjoberg mentioned Diaz among high-profile A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio and Naomi Campbell during her 2015 defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell of Epstein’s. However, Sjoberg stated in her deposition that these names were only meant as an attempt at “name dropping,” noting she never met any of them personally despite making these claims which were “absolutely not malicious.”
Producer
Last month, a judge ordered that more than 170 court files regarding deceased millionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein would be made public – including depositions by one of his accusers Johanna Sjoberg who alleges he socialized often with celebrities and royalty.
Multiple A-List stars were mentioned, such as Cameron Diaz, Leonardo DiCaprio and Naomi Campbell – but their representatives have informed Page Six that none have any connection to Epstein and therefore can’t comment further on that matter.
Cameron Diaz is best-known for her roles in movies such as the Farrelly Brothers’ gross out comedy “There’s Something About Mary” (1998) and critically-acclaimed drama “Being John Malkovich” (2000), both of which showcased her acting chops. Even after an impressive career spanning big budget movies and indie indies alike, she remains passionate about the filmmaking process while finding it challenging to balance both parenting and professional obligations – with Benji Madden having recently given birth to daughter Raddix at two years old!
Philanthropist
Cameron Diaz is also an accomplished author and wellness advocate, having written two health books, The Body Book and The Longevity Book, that explore ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle while accepting aging gracefully. Cameron also staunchly advocates mental health awareness among her fellow peers, encouraging individuals to openly discuss issues surrounding mental wellbeing.
Annie actress Annie Wentworth could be seen hitting the slopes with rocker husband Benji Madden of Good Charlotte on Monday, sporting a puffy black Burton jacket with matching pants for their snowy excursion.
Recent documents in New York City were unsealed containing her name as part of a defamation lawsuit brought against Ghislaine Maxwell by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg for alleged defamation based on Johanna Sjoberg’s deposition against Ghislaine Maxwell; Sjoberg stated in her deposition that Ghislaine Maxwell boasted about their relationships with celebrities like Diaz, Leonardo DiCaprio and Naomi Campbell while boasting to Sjoberg in their deposition while her representative denied these claims in her deposition testimony.
